This policy applies to career counseling bookings made on this website.
1. Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule your session once, at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, subject to slot availability.
- Rescheduling requests can be made by phone, email or WhatsApp with your Booking Number.
2. Cancellation by the candidate
- Cancellation requested 24 hours or more before the session: eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation requested less than 24 hours before the session: not eligible for a refund, but one reschedule may be offered.
- No-show (not attending without prior notice): not eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellation by PublicWave
If we cancel or are unable to conduct your session, you may choose a new slot or receive a full refund.
4. Refund process
- Refund requests can be raised from your booking page or by contacting us.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are not provided on the grounds of not being selected for a job, as the counseling fee does not guarantee employment.
