PublicWave Technologies provides manpower outsourcing, blue-collar payroll management, housekeeping workforce solutions, career counseling, job information, resume assistance and interview coordination.
2. Career counseling
- The counseling fee is ₹100 plus applicable GST, payable in advance to confirm a booking.
- Counseling may be attended online via Zoom or offline at our Patna office, at the selected date and time.
- Zoom links are personal and must not be shared.
- Payment of the counseling fee does not guarantee employment, selection, salary increase or placement within a fixed period.
3. Candidate responsibilities
- Provide true, accurate and complete information and documents.
- Verify all job-related information before accepting any offer.
- We do not support false documents, misrepresentation or any unlawful recruitment practice. Bookings or registrations found to contain false information may be cancelled.
4. Employer services
Manpower, payroll and housekeeping services are provided under a separate written service agreement. Scope, pricing, replacement terms and compliance responsibilities are governed by that agreement and applicable labour laws.
5. Website use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, submit spam or upload malicious files. Content on this website is the property of PublicWave Technologies.
6. Limitation of liability
Final hiring decisions, salary, designation and joining dates are determined by the respective employer. PublicWave is not liable for decisions made by employers or for any loss arising from reliance on job information not verified by the candidate.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
