Job Seekers
What is the fee for career counseling?+
The counseling fee is ₹100 plus applicable GST. The GST amount is shown separately before you pay, along with the total payable.
Can I attend counseling online?+
Yes. Choose “Online Counseling” while booking. After successful payment, a secure Zoom meeting link is sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number. The link is never displayed publicly.
Where is the offline counseling held?+
Offline counseling is held at our office: 3rd Floor, UFO Mall, Anisabad, Patna, Bihar. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Does paying the fee guarantee me a job?+
No. Payment of the counseling fee does not guarantee employment, selection, salary increase or a fixed joining date. Final hiring decisions are made by the respective employer.
Can I submit my resume without booking counseling?+
Yes. Use the “Submit Resume” page to register for free and receive suitable job updates (with your consent).
Is my personal information safe?+
Candidate data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorised staff. It is never displayed publicly. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.

What kind of manpower do you provide?+
We provide blue-collar manpower such as housekeeping staff, helpers and loaders, warehouse staff, factory and production workers, packing staff, delivery and logistics staff, retail, hospitality and office support staff.
Do you handle payroll for blue-collar employees?+
Yes. Our payroll management service is designed exclusively for blue-collar employees and covers onboarding, attendance and salary coordination, payroll processing, payslips, statutory compliance support and full-and-final settlement coordination.
How do I share my workforce requirement?+
Submit the Employer Enquiry form with your requirement details, or request a business call. Our team will contact you to understand your needs.
Do you provide replacements?+
Yes, replacement support is provided as per the terms of the service agreement.
IT & Training
What kind of websites do you build?+
We build business websites, e-commerce stores, landing pages, web applications, job and booking portals and admin dashboards — mobile-friendly, fast-loading and search-engine friendly.
How much does a website cost and how long does it take?+
Cost and timeline depend on the number of pages and features. After understanding your requirement we share a written quotation with scope, timeline, hosting and maintenance charges before starting work.
Do you provide hosting, domain and maintenance?+
Yes. We can help with domain registration, hosting setup, SSL, business email and annual maintenance, as per the agreed quotation.
What skill development programs do you offer?+
Job-oriented programs for housekeeping, warehouse and logistics, retail and customer service, office support, soft skills, spoken English, basic computers and interview readiness. Batches, duration and fees are shared on enquiry.
Does training guarantee a job?+
No. Training improves your skills and employability, but it does not guarantee employment, selection or a fixed salary. Final hiring decisions are made by employers.
Payments
Which payment methods are accepted?+
UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and supported wallets through a secure Indian payment gateway.
Will I get a GST invoice?+
Yes. A digital receipt / GST invoice is generated after successful payment and can be downloaded from your booking page.
Can I cancel or reschedule my counseling?+
Please refer to our Counseling Cancellation and Refund Policy. You can contact us to request rescheduling or cancellation.
