- Job seekers: name, mobile and WhatsApp number, email, date of birth, city, qualification, experience, current and expected salary, job preferences and resume.
- Employers: company name, contact person, designation, contact details, address and workforce requirement details and documents.
- Payments: booking and transaction references. Card, UPI and bank details are processed by our payment gateway and are not stored by us.
- Technical data: IP address and basic device information used for security and spam prevention.
2. How we use your information
- To provide career counseling, resume assistance and interview coordination.
- To share your profile with prospective employers for suitable openings.
- To process payments and issue receipts and GST invoices.
- To send booking confirmations, Zoom links, reminders and service messages by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
- To send weekly job updates — only if you have given consent.
- To respond to employer enquiries and provide workforce services.
3. Data protection
Candidate data is never displayed publicly on the website. Resumes and documents are stored in private storage and can be accessed only by authorised staff with role-based permissions. We use encrypted connections (SSL) and reasonable security practices to protect your information.
4. Sharing of information
We share candidate information only with prospective employers for recruitment purposes, and with service providers (payment gateway, cloud storage, messaging providers) strictly for delivering our services. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for job updates at any time by contacting us at info@publicwave.in. Withdrawal of consent does not affect services already provided.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records).
